To ensure a fair and valuable community environment for all members, whether private users or professionals, the following disclaimer applies to all sponsorships:

Disclaimer and Fair Play Policy

1. Purpose of Sponsorship:

Sponsorship is intended to support the operational costs, events, and resources of the Zabbix User Group International. It is a way for organizations to show support for the Zabbix community and gain visibility within it.

2. Non-Solicitation Policy:

The Zabbix User Group International platform (including the website, meetups, and online forums) is strictly not a commercial client hunting ground. Sponsors are recognized for their support, but this recognition does not grant permission for aggressive or direct solicitation, sales pitches, or unauthorized recruitment of members.

3. Engagement Guidelines:

Sponsors are encouraged to engage with the community in a helpful and educational manner, sharing knowledge, presenting technical solutions, and participating in discussions. Any communication must be centered on adding value to the Zabbix user experience.

4. Separation of Content:

All sponsored content, including logos, banners, or event mentions, must be clearly distinguishable from neutral, community-generated technical content.

5. Neutrality and Independence:

The Zabbix User Group International maintains full editorial and organizational independence. Sponsorship does not influence the content, focus, or discussion topics of the group.

6. Termination:

The User Group reserves the right to immediately terminate any sponsorship agreement if a sponsor is found to be violating this Non-Solicitation Policy or otherwise exploiting the community for purely commercial gain.
